At The Ledges, we take pride in our ability to provide a wide range of services and supports to our residents. We understand that every individual is unique, and we work with each of our residents and their families to build a personalized support plan based on the abilities, needs, and desires of that individual.
The Ledges serves a very diverse population. Our support plans range from individuals who are almost completely independent to individuals who require around-the-clock personal care. We serve many individuals with significant medical concerns, and our highly skilled staff members are trained to provide expert care in the most challenging situations.
We hope that our residents find a home at The Ledges, and we want to ensure that we can continue to provide them with care and support over a long period of time. In fact, some of our residents have lived at The Ledges for many decades. As time passes, many of our residents face the natural concerns associated with the aging process, and many of them require enhanced levels of support. Even as a person ages, The Ledges is able to continually provide a high quality level of care in an environment that is comfortable and familiar.
Additionally, our administrative team averages nearly 10 years of experience at The Ledges, thus ensuring an in-depth knowledge of each resident. All new staff members are provided thorough, hands-on training from a veteran member of our staff, so that each member of our team has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies and personalities of each resident of The Ledges.
